Our solution was to create a kiosk-based WWW site that would market the 3Com product lineup. The WWW site provides complete product descriptions, case studies and technical specifications. The WWW site also includes integrated MPEG videos that demonstrate the multimedia-on-demand capabilities of 3Com products. The WWW site runs on kiosks availalbe at trade shows and at showrooms in various 3Com offices. The kiosk-based WWW site provides 3Com with a sales tool that is irreplaceable.
