A complete “Train-the-trainer” program was prepared for a select group of designated trainers who would in turn provide training to LYNXX users in all Avenor offices. The pedagogical materials developed were used during training to teach users, and during actual use as a productivity support tool.

Consequently, LYNXX users made better use of the powerful system, increasing their own individual productivity. Increased use of LYNXX resulted in better internal communications, resulting in
increased profitability. In addition, LYNXX users required less help desk assistance, reducing
LYNXX help desk cost.
